Maksat Duisenov is the former chief transport prosecutor of Kazakhstan, a close associate of former Prosecutor General Kozhamzharov. After a politically motivated criminal case was opened, he was detained in Germany (Fürth) on an Interpol request. ARGA achieved a block on the extradition: a German court recognized the prosecution as politically motivated.
