Mexico is one of the most open countries for immigration. Residency, citizenship, and COMAR asylum are available to thousands — but only with the correct handling of INM and SRE procedures. Document errors or choosing the wrong basis can lead to refusal and delay the process for years.

Founded ARGA in 2020 after working on dozens of cases where international legal mechanisms were used contrary to their original purpose. The organization was built on the principle that professional protection should be available not only to those who can afford large international firms.

Personal case
Personal case
The association's president, Sergei Khrabrykh, went through an international manhunt, detention, and extradition proceedings. The case ended in victory: the international wanted status was lifted, and the defense experience became the foundation of ARGA's future work.
2022
ARGA launch and public human rights work
Formation of the association and transition to systematic assistance with international mechanisms: Interpol, UN procedures, and international legal instruments. Public speaking and communication, including participation in major media outlets and expert discussions.
2023–2024
Major cases and practice expansion
Handling high-profile cases and working with international risks: cases related to persecution, extradition requests, and politically sensitive conflicts. Including participation in well-known cases, working with representatives of the legal system and public figures.
2025–2026
Research platform and systematic analysis of abuses
Launch and development of the research direction: analysis of the abuse of Interpol mechanisms, documentation of persecution practices, and building an analytical base for ARGA's human rights and strategic initiatives.
